ResinDek® LD, MD & HD

Durable, 19 mm thick panels designed for mezzanines, pick modules, and rolling pallet loads.

ResinDek® MAX

The most robust ResinDek® panel, at 38 mm thick. Engineered to handle electric pallet truck loads up to 8,000 kg, it’s ideal for high-traffic, heavy-duty warehouse zones.

ResinDek® WR

Water-resistant and suitable for projects exposed to moisture or humidity for extended periods. Perfect for modular offices, self-storage facilities, and high-humidity warehouses.

ResinDek® Xspan® & Xspan® FR

Structural panels that eliminate the need for corrugated metal decking.
The Xspan® FR version provides a fire-retardant solution that meets ASTM E-84 Class A and European B-Class fire ratings.

ResinDek® ReShield™

A 6 mm retrofit panel designed to install directly over existing floors. A fast, cost-effective solution for upgrading worn or uneven surfaces.

Gray Diamond Seal®
An industry-standard coating offering excellent wear resistance, slip resistance and easy cleaning,  ideal for pallet trucks and rolling carts.

Gray Diamond Seal® ESD
Antistatic finish that protects sensitive electronics, bar-code scanners, and pick-to-light systems by preventing electrostatic discharge.

MetaGard® GVT
A steel surface fused to the ResinDek® panel engineered for drop zones, pallet flow areas, and where dragging or pulling of loads occurs. Ensures smooth transitions and long-lasting durability.

Unfinished (UF)
A cost-effective, moisture-resistant option for general warehouse applications. Provides a skid-resistant surface and installs easily with top-side fasteners.

TriGard® ESD
Developed for AMRs using lidar navigation systems. Offers optimal friction and light reflectivity for precise robotic movement.

TriGard® ESD Ultra
Provides four times the wear resistance of standard TriGard®. Perfect for AGVs following defined travel paths or operating continuously in automated facilities.

MetaGard® SST
Combines the structural integrity of ResinDek® with a steel wearing surface proven to be five times more abrasion-resistant than concrete. Designed for heavy AGV turning zones and high-wear areas.

Hybrid Flooring Solutions
For maximum performance and cost efficiency, ResinDek® finishes can be combined, such as using MetaGard® SST in high-traffic areas and TriGard® ESD Ultra in clean, controlled zones.

ResinDek® offers all the strength of concrete flooring without the weight or complexity.

Independent studies have shown ResinDek® flooring to be up to 34 % more cost-effective than concrete alternatives.

Unlike concrete, ResinDek® does not crack, dust, or require sealing. Individual panels can be replaced easily, and the surface remains smooth and level, a critical factor for AGV and AMR navigation accuracy.
