SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Service Delivery Standards
Once you have placed an order with Unistor Group you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. On average, most orders will take up to 10 working days to be processed once the order is finalised (excepting Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand).
Prices quoted on this site are for pick up only. Unistor Group can deliver your order to site, for an additional cost. These costs are quoted on an individual basis.
Most products will be shipped within 2–3 days of purchase, however some products that are made to order will take between 10–21 days. If this is the case, we will call to confirm the ETA as soon as the order is placed.
Acceptance of the Goods & Refunds
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Unistor Group does not accept refunds for:
- change of mind; and
- faults caused by the misuse in any way that contributed to the fault.
In the event of the cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee will be charged to cover administrative costs incurred.
